To enter the Fair Complex, visitors should
register for Visitor Cards first.
1. Paper Invitation / E - Invitation Holders
Documents requested:
a. Paper Invitation or E-Invitation Cards issued by Canton
Fair (http://www.cantonfair.org.cn)
b. Overseas Passport (H.K./ Macau I.D. Card, Taiwan
Compatriot Travel Certificate) or Overseas Residence Permit
Valid for over one year
c. A most recent passport photo (5cm x 4cm)
d. Business Card
Registration Venues: Registration Office at the Fair's Gate
1 or in the appointed hotels
2. On-line Applicants for PVC Card
Documents requested:
a. Notice for Acquiring Cards
b. Overseas Passport (H.K./ Macau I.D. Card, Taiwan
Compatriot Travel Certificate) or valid documents for
overseas Chinese
c. Business Card
Registration Venue: Green Channel for On-Line
Pre-registration in Registration Office at the Fair's Gate 1
3. On-Line Pre-registered Visitors
Documents requested:
a. Receipt for Accepted Pre-Registration
b. Overseas Passport (H.K./ Macau I.D. Card, Taiwan
Compatriot Travel Certificate) or Overseas Residence Permit
Valid for over one year
c. Business Card
Registration Venue: Green Channel for On-Line
Pre-registration in Registration Office at the Fair's Gate 1
4. Non-Invitation Holders
Documents requested:
a. Overseas Passport (H.K./ Macau I.D. Card, Taiwan
Compatriot Travel Certificate) or Overseas Residence Permit
Valid for over one year
b. A most recent passport photo (5cm x 4cm)
c. Business Card
d. Service Charge: RMB 110 or HK$ 100 per person
Registration Venues: Registration Office at the Fair's Gate
1 or in the appointed hotels
5. PVC Card Holders
Documents requested:
a. PVC Card
b. Overseas Passport (H.K./ Macau I.D. Card, Taiwan
Compatriot Travel Certificate) or valid documents for
overseas Chinese
Venues for PVC Card checking: Canton Fair's Gate 3,4,5,6 and
Registration Office at the Canton Fair's Gate 1
6. Chinese Representatives with Foreign Company's
Representative Office in China
Documents requested:
a. Valid Employee Certificate issued by China's
Administration for Industry & Commerce
b. Copy of Business Registration Certificate of Foreign
Company's Representative Office in China
c. The Employee's ID Card
d. Canton Fair's invitation card for Chinese Representatives
(For those without invitation cards, RMB 200/day must be
paid besides presenting requested documents)
e. A most recent personal photo (5cm x 4cm)
f . Business Card

7. Local Interpreters
Documents requested:
a. Interpretation Certificate (Diploma, Education
Certificate, or Employee Certificate)
b. The interpreter's ID Card
c. Signature by the foreign employer
d. Service Charge: RMB 300/day

Registration in the Fair
You should registered yourself at entrance gates of the Fair
Ground before you allowed to enter the Fair. Once being
registered, you will get the a Visitor Card. To gain entry
into the Halls of the fair, please show your card.
Please take note of the following:
1) The invitation letters issued by us is for your visa
application, cannot be used for registration during the
Fair.
2) Registration is not permitted via the internet or in
advance.
3) Documents required during registration include:
a. Personal Papers (Passport, H.K./ Macao I.D. Card or
Residence Permit, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate, or a
Chinese Passport with at least one year foreign visa);
b. Business Card;
c. A recent personal photo.(5cmX4cm)

4. Registration fee is about USD10 each
5. Registration time:
9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Spring: April 15-30
Autumn: October 15-30
Registration venue: Gate 1 of the Fair Complex in Guangzhou.
